We do listen. People have been complaining about the checkout process, we just redesigned it and hopefully it is simple and self explanatory. If it isn't please email us!

We now have a small range of high quality Japanese tools we will be adding to stock in the next few days from Engineer Japan.

Thanks to the several people who suggested we do this, we are pleased to announce a new feature to the site - email notifications.

The system will now send an email when shipments have been shipped and a tracking number assigned.

Well The new website has been up for a month and after a few teething problems orders are now flowing in quite smoothly.

We are still very interested in making it as easy as possible to order, so if you do have trouble please email us (or call).

Our new website is live. There are numerous ways in which we think this is better than what we had previously, you can add work orders to orders, we have better inventory control, addresses auto lookup etc. Feel free to report bugs!

It's taken longer than we ever thought possible but here it is and it is almost ready.

We generally don't send many screws outside New Zealand but that seems to be changing, last week we sent shipments to both Tonga and Australia. Seems like people everywhere need good screws.
